The Path to Cellular Health
Cellular Health – The Future of Preventative Medicine
Why should you be concerned about only managing your health, when you have the ability to actually repair the foundation that is the root of all disease?
Chronic problems that people lump together as the effects of “old age” are actually due to the degeneration of your body’s natural healing system. This causes your cellular health to be compromised. Your cells no longer have the ability to reproduce in a healthy manner.
The next several pages are going to explain to you why this is such a critical thing to understand.
Here is what we’re talking about:
- What is DNA?
- Damage to DNA
- Natural DNA Repair
- Adult Stem Cells
- Cellular Health & Nutrition
- Complete Stem Cell Health
I know that sounds like a lot of "science stuff", but we’ll break it down for you.
Do you remember back in the days when having good health was all about just eating right?
- The good news is that science and technology have taught us a great deal more about what we can do to stay healthy.
- The bad news is that good health is now about terms like free radicals, cellular health, DNA, cells, adult stem cells, antioxidants, oxidative damage, cellular nutrition, stem cell health, etc. Most of us don’t really know what those mean, so I’ll help you to understand.
Now we’re going to talk about what is really behind your health as you age. You probably don’t know why it’s important to know about DNA repair, adult stem cells and cellular health, but that’s probably why you are worried about your health.
The Short Story of Cellular Health
Here is the really short story to give you some background. Additional information and detail will be provided in the next several pages.
- You are born
- You have DNA cells (that contain critical information about your health)
- You also have adult stem cells
- These cells are reproduced thousands of times each day
- You system is attacked every day (yes, this starts the day you were born)
- These daily attacks from free radicals cause your cells to break down
- This break down allows free radicals to damage your DNA cells
- Your "young" body has the ability to repair the damage and replicate healthy cells each day
- Your cellular health is at it’s peak when you are young
- As you age, your body loses the ability to repair the damage each day before the cells are reproduced
- The accumulated damage and reproduction of the damaged cells is what causes aging and disease
- The future of of the field of health and preventative medicine is dependent upon finding a way to retain your cellular health. Your body needs to regain its ability to repair the damage each day before the adult stem cells are reproduced
Basically, it comes down to this:
Thousands of times every day your cells are attacked, repaired and reproduced. When you are younger and your cellular health is at its peak, your body can fix all of the damage done each day before the cells are reproduced. As you get older, your cellular health declines and your body can no longer repair all of the daily damage to your cells, and unhealthy cells are reproduced.
Accumulated cell damage is the cause of many chronic diseases you face as you age. It also affects your organ function, immune system, musculoskeletal function as well as the decline in the health of your adult stem cells.
If you can keep the health of your cells at a peak level, your overall health will improve and you will slow down the damage done due to the aging process.
Cellular nutrition is the answer. Keep reading to learn more about how to truly improve your health.
